Pre-Bootcamp Interview

2 hours per startup. Gate readiness assessment across all disciplines. Risk surface scan. Written readiness brief delivered to the investor before the week begins.

5-Day Onsite Bootcamp

Up to 8 startups, maximum 3 participants each. Working on their own projects in the same room. Peer pressure from founders who share the same investors and challenges.

Post-Bootcamp Readiness Report

2 pages per startup. Gate status, top risks, skill gaps, hiring priorities, committed next actions. Formatted for your board update or LP reporting.

Gate Review Observation

Nicole attends the first gate review post-camp as independent challenger. Extendable across DVT, PVT and MP readiness for companies scaling toward mass production.

What happens in the room

Day 1
Requirements What has been promised versus what has been verified. Closing the gap between product ambitions and requirements that are actually owned and traceable.
Day 2
Risk and Change Naming risk in public before it becomes a crisis. Building a change management discipline that prevents undocumented changes from becoming unregistered risks.
Day 3
Skills and Leadership Honest gap assessment against what production needs. The founder transition from doer to leader. Build versus buy decisions at each gate.
Day 4
Post-Launch Operations EFFA, continuous improvement, service operations readiness. Building for what comes after the product ships — fleet management, warranty, maintenance, cost-down.
Day 5
Open Agenda Integration, peer challenge, committed mitigation actions. Each startup leaves with a concrete action list and a peer cohort that shares their context.
