That translation from research logic to market logic is exactly what the Lab2Market Prep Workshop is designed to do. A foundational workshop to start bringing research to market.

Book a Call →A four-hour facilitated session for a cohort of research teams or founder teams, tailored to the stage and domain of the group. Ideally for research teams at early TRL, university spin-out candidates and deep tech lab teams preparing for first external funding conversations.
A structured session with quick exercises. It opens the commercial lens without pressure. The group leaves with a shared language and a clearer sense of what the partner or investor conversation will require.

Single team · Ready to model commercial potential

Book a Call →A four-to-six-hour working session for a single research team or founder. Active commercial thinking applied to the team's specific situation. The session takes the team's current technology status, prototype scope, research vision and early commercialisation ideas as input and models the commercial potential together through guided holistic thinking.
The result is senior practitioner thinking applied to the specific commercial opportunity, noting first results and potential paths. The written documentation and action plan captures that thinking in a form the team can act on, develop further and share.

Single team · Pitch deck developed, want honest feedback

Book a Call →A structured two-hour assessment session for teams who have already developed a pitch deck or commercial storyline. The assessment works from the team's existing material as input and applies a defined eight-dimension framework to produce a written gap analysis.
The Pitch Readiness Report & Gap Analysis is a document the team can use directly in preparation for funding conversations or commercial partner conversations. It identifies where the narrative is strong, where the gaps are, and what needs to happen before entering a serious investor or partner meeting.
The focus is on the commercial storyline: the real gaps in thinking, positioning and market logic, beyond the structural traps common to most pitch decks.
